Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancerous pain.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divide into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.All patients took morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for pain relief treatment.Control group received routine nursing,while observation group received comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance and pain relief effect between two groups were compared.Results The rate of pain feedback,on-time and full dose in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.The drug tolerance rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (83.3％ vs.50.0％,P＜0.05).The effective pain relief rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (76.7％ vs.46.7％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can significantly improve treatment compliance of patients with severe cancerous pain,relieve pain,worthy of clinical application.关键词
