Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of iron-dextrin oral solution in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in children.Methods 78 children with iron-deficiency anemia in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research object, and divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (39 cases) according to the different treatment methods.Control group took orally ferrous gluconate tablets, while observation group took iron-dextrin oral solution.Observed clinical effect of two groups,compared hemoglobin (HB), RBC (red blood cell), MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin), MCHC (red cell hemoglobin concentration).Results There were no statistically significant differences in HGB, RBC, MCH and MCHC between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);HGB, RBC, MCH and MCHC in observation group were better than those in control group after treatment (P＜0.05).The effective rate in observation group was 97.44％,that in control group was 79.49％;the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 0％, that in control group was 12.82％, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Irondextrin oral solution in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in children has significant clinical effect, with less adverse reactions, which is an ideal medicine for clinical treatment of children with iron-deficiency anemia.关键词
