摘要

Abstract

The β-NaYF4:20%Yb,2%Er upconversion nanoparticles were prepared throught liquid-solid-solu-tion ( LSS) process, then dealed with hydrochloric acid ( HCl) .The structure, morphology, luminance, sur-face properties and water solubility of β-NaYF4:20%Yb,2%Er were characterized by XRD, TEM, FT-IR, UC and Zeta potential.In this study,β-NaYF4 has a hexagonal phase.The average underside diameter is about 60 nm, length of prism is about 90 nm.The strong upconversion luminescence can be obtained when upconversion nanoparticles were excited with a 980 nm laser diode.After dealed with HCl solution, the crystal structure, morphology and luminance ofβ-NaYF4:20%Yb,2%Er upconversion nanoparticles will stay the same, but water solubility increase greatly.
