摘要
Abstract
To analyze the link between ING5 expression and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma occurrence.In different stage of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cancer tissue,the expression level of ING5 detected by RT-PCR method. The result shown that ING5 mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma has down in RT-PCR detected results.ING5 mRNA downregulation may be closely related to the incidence of esophageal cancer.关键词
