高分子材料与工程专业人才培养模式的研究
Study of polymer materials and engineering talents cultivation mode
摘要
Abstract
Under the condition of market economy,polymer materials and engineering talent cultivation goal that educates applied and reaserch talents was designed according to the top-down design theory and subject characteristis,and established three stages of“2+1+1”education mode. Practice shows that this new type of talent cultivation mode can become a graduate education stage of the high quality students, can also become a social need adaptation of wide range of innovative talents.关键词
