用磷酸盐缓冲液提取车前草可溶性膳食纤维
Extract soluble dietary fiber from plantago asiatica by phosphate buffer
摘要
Abstract
Studied the optimum technical conditions of extracting dietary fiber from Plantagotica L in which phosphate buffer was used as extractant.Test result showed that the sequence of the factors that influence the extracting rate was from important to less,temperature,concentration,pH and time.The optimum technical condition was temperature 90℃,concentration 0.09 mol/L,pH7.2 and time 80 min.关键词
