Abstract
Combined characteristic of school and constructing experiment education center of biological,put forward the operation that mixed the theoretical teaching,experiment teaching and scientific research together.Encouraged resources integration,resources sharing and encouraged multi-dimensional,diversified biological open governance laboratory.Then,combined with the experimental technical personnel implements the"quantity"and"quality"to build the comprehensive evaluation system.The construction of experimental technical team was optimized.关键词
