Applications of Materials Studio software in the study ofsolid state physics
摘要
Abstract
Choosing metal Al and semiconductor ZnS as examples,introduced the application of Materials Studio in the study of solid state physics.By building lattice model,calculating the energy band,density of states,first Brillouin zone,and Fermi surface,the abstract physics concepts can be concrete.Therefore,it helps learners to have more intuitive and deeper understanding of the related concepts and theories,showing great advantages in solid state physics learning.关键词
