摘要

Abstract

In the present study, RAPD molecular marker technology were used for PCR amplification reaction of the two new breeding Astragalus membranaceus varieties (strains) Longqi 1 and HQN03-03, to identify two Astragalus membranaceus varieties (strains) of between genetic diversity and genetic relationship . The results showed that 12 selected primers from Longqi 1 were amplification out 112 sites which can amplification out 9.3 sites of the average each primer, 13 selected primers from HQN03-03 were amplification out 107 sites which, can amplification out 8.2 site of the average each primer. The Lord band of two Astragalus membranaceus were basically identical that the genetic background of between two varieties (strains) had great similarity, but sub-band have difference of different degree, the two varieties (strains) has certain genetic differences, also it embodies the Astragalus varieties(strains) resources were the more abundant genetic diversity in Gansu province.
