钛掺杂对质子导体BaCe0.8Y0.2O3-δ稳定性以及电性能的影响
Influence of Ti doping on the Stability and Electrical Performance of Proton Conductor BaCe0.8Y0.2O3-δ

Abstract
Pure phase BaCe0.8–xY0.2TixO3–δpowders with different contents of Ti dopant (x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) were synthe-sized by a solid state reaction method. The powder was ground for 20 h to obtain the desired particle size distribution. The high den-sity ceramics with the favorable microstructure were obtained with the ground powder after sintered at 1 600 .℃ The impedance analysis indicates that the chemical stability of BaCe0.8Y0.2O3–δ ceramics against the 94%N2+3%CO2+3%H2O atmosphere is im-proved even at a low Ti doping level of 0.05, and the Ti dopant does not decrease the electrical conductivity of BaCe0.8Y0.2O3–δceramics, reflecting that Ti is a good candidate for BaCe0.8Y0.2O3–δtoward high stability.关键词
