摘要

Abstract

In order to improve poor thermal inertia of no-thermal-insulated wall and inflammableness of organic thermal-insulated wall in hot summer and cold winter zones, a phase change material (PCM) was investigated. The lowest eutectic formation of lauric acid and myristic acid (hereinafter referred to as fatty acid) was used as the PCM. The expanded perlite was used as an inorganic carrier. The phase change aggregate was prepared by an absorption method. The phase change aggregate was encapsulated. The optimal process parameters of the above encapsulation were determined. The phase change energy storage mortar was prepared by the phase change per-lite (PCP) aggregate above. By the simulation of mortar board controlling temperature, the thermal performance of phase change mortar was evaluated. The results show that the expanded perlite, absorbing 200%fatty acid via vacuum absorption, and being encapsulated by 67%polyurethane resin, can turn into stable PCP aggregate. The PCP-based mortar can have an effect of controlling temperature. In addi-tion, the more PCM can lead to a decrease of effective heat value, a longer temperature delay time and a greater cooling extent as well.
