医院键盘、鼠标细菌污染现状调查分析

Abstract
Objective:To understand the bacterial pollution of the medical office keyboard, mouse before and after sterilization,we analyzed the causes and provide prevention measures and countermeasures. Methods: The computer keyboard and the mouse surface in our hospital of 33 departments were sampling. Bacterial culture, counting of the bacterial colony and identification of the types of the bacteria were compared between pre-sterilization and post-sterilization. Results: Bacterial colony number of keyboard and the mouse before disinfection were respectively 81.23cfu/cm2, 72.49cfu/cm2. After disinfection were 2.89cfu/cm2, 1.14cfu/cm2. There were significant difference before and after disinfection in Keyboard(t1=21.415, P<0.05) and mouse(t2=20.328, P<0.05). Contamination rate of escherichia coli was 20.83%. Conclusion: The bacteria contamination of keyboard, mouse surface in medical office is serious, the bacteria pollution is similar to common bacteria in hospital infection.关键词
