Abstract
The article introduces the pushing new-type farming tools about the National Association of Pushing New-type Farming Tools, explores the reasons of difficulties in the process of pushing and the resolving meth-ods. It shows the effect of the National Association of Pushing New-type Farming Tools in modern agricultural mechanization, and then points out it is the transferring of the rural residual labor and the development of part time industries of Farmer Households that becomes the internal force of agricultural mechanization.关键词
