羟考酮复合丙泊酚在无痛人流术的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To observe the drugs ’ safety and analgesic effects of Oxycodone Hydrochloride combined with Propofol administration in artificial abortion surgery.Methods One hundred ASA I early pregnant patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A accepting Oxycodone Hydrochloride followed by Propofol injection and group B administrated Propofol alone.Basic life index, moving frequency, Propofol dosage, recovery time, uterine contraction pain and side effects of two groups were recorded.Results The moving frequency of gradeⅠ-Ⅲduring surgery in group A was significantly less than group B (χ2 value was 77.35, 34.36 and 66.58, respectively, all P<0.05), and uterine contraction after surgery in group A was also significantly less than group B (χ2 value was 88.96, 73.25 and 56.38, respectively, all P<0.05).Total dosage of Propofol in group A was less than group B (t=6.77, P<0.05), and local injection pain in group A was also remarkably less than group B (χ2 =142.56,P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone Hydrochloride combined with Propofol administration can obviously reduce total dosage of Propofol, strengthen analgesic effects and relieve uterine contraction pain after surgery without remarkable side effects.关键词
