绝经后妇女子宫内膜息肉发生恶变的相关危险因素探讨

Abstract
Objective To discuss the related risk factors of postmenopausal women with malignant endometrial polyps (EP).Methods Totally 246 patients with EP was selected during June 2010 to June 2013 in Linhai First People’ s Hospital of Zhejiang Province, and they were divided into control group (n=212) who had simple hyperplasia and observation group (n=34) who had malignant hyperplasia or atypical hyperplasia.All of possible factors were observed and they were analyzed by single factor analysis and regression analysis.Results Age, menopausal duration, diabetes and hypertension were the possible related risk factors of postmenopausal women with malignant EP ( t value was 8.334 and 7.623, respectively,χ2 value was 5.997 and 7.389, respectively, all P<0.05).Further regression analysis showed that age (>60 years) and menopausal duration (≥10 years) were the risk factors of postmenopausal women with malignant EP (OR value was 7.824 and 11.137, respectively, both P <0.05).Conclusion Age and menopausal duration are the related risk factors of postmenopausal women with malignant EP, which should attract attention in clinics.关键词
