Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze HPV16 testing and clinical significance in precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods From December 2012 to December 2014 totally 95 cases of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer admitted in People ’ s Hospital of Meters East Hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected, including 60 cases of precancerous lesions in precancerous lesion group and 35 cases of cervical cancer in cervical cancer group.After rigorous operation all cases received HPV16 testing.Results In precancerous lesions, the positive rate was significantly higher in CINⅡ than in CIN Ⅰ (χ2 =4.56,P<0.05), and that was significantly higher in CINⅢthan in CINⅡ(χ2 =5.24,P<0.05).Compared with precancerous lesion group, the positive rate was significantly higher in cervical cancer group (χ2 =6.88, P<0.05).HPV16 level in CINⅡ was significantly higher than in CIN Ⅰ(t=3.89,P<0.05), and that in CIN Ⅲ was higher than in CINⅡ(t=4.33,P<0.05).HPV16 level in cervical cancer group was remarkably higher than that in precancerous lesion group (t =5.21,P <0.05).Conclusion HPV16 infection is an important factor inducing precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.Early HPV16 testing is beneficial to the treatment and prevention of disease, and it had essential clinical value.关键词
