Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect and safety of low dose gamma globulin combining succinate hydrocortisone treatment for allergic purpura in children.Methods From October 2012 to October 2014 60 children with allergic purpura treated in Kai County People’ s Hospital were selected, and they were divided into control group and experimental group with random number table method with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment, including anti-anaphylaxis, anti-infection and vitamin C treatment, and the experimental group was given low dose of gamma globulin combining succinate hydrocortisone treatment additionally.The clinical efficacy and symptom control time were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%, and that of the experimental group was 93.33%.The difference between two groups was significant (χ2 =4.59,P<0.05) .In the control group relief time of skin purpura, abdominal pain relief time, hematochezia remission time and joint pain remission time was (4.6 ±1.1)d, (4.5 ±0.7) d, (4.9 ±0.9) d and (4.1 ±0.5) d, respectively, and those of the experimental group was (2.4 ±0.6)d, (2.2 ±0.6) d, (3.0 ±0.5) d and (2.7 ±0.3) d, respectively.Differemces between groups were significant (t value was 3.25, 3.34, 3.17 and 3.09, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Low dosage of gamma globulin combining succinate hydrocortisone treatment of allergic purpura in children obtains remarkable clinical curative effect, and clinical symptom control time is short without obvious adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of promoting.关键词
