摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a nervous degenerative disease characterized by progressive cognitive disability and behavior deficits. Previous neuroradiology investigated the regional brain change of AD usually by applying structural MRI. With development of multimodality MRI techniques, researchers can evaluated AD in terms of functional connectivity, metabolism level, white mater fiber track, hemodynamics. Meanwhile, multimodality MRI can offer radiological evidences for clinical diagnosis, staging, treatment and prognosis. We reviewed the research progress of multimodality MRI techniques in AD.关键词
