FoxQ1在不同级别脑胶质瘤组织的表达和临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of FoxQ1 in glioma development and progression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the role of FoxQ1 in different grade Glioma and analyze the clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FoxQ1 in 92 cases of glioma tissue, and then its relationship between clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results: hTe positive expression rate of FoxQ1 protein in 34 low-grade astrocytomas, 35 anaplastic astrocytomas, and 23 glioblastoma multiforme specimens were 14.70 %, 65.71 % and 91.30 % respectively (χ2=35.85,P<0.01). FoxQ1 expression had signiifcantly correlations with WHO grade (P< 0.05). hTe results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that positive expression of FoxQ1 were associated with a worse survival (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that FoxQ1 expression was an independent prognostic factor for overall survival (P<0.05).Conclusion: hTe abnormal expression of FoxQ1 might be correlated with the development and progression of glioma. FOXQ1 might be an indicator to predict the prognosis of glioma.关键词
