Recent Status of Deep Ore Prospecting in the Nanling Range

Abstract
Thirty projects with total funds of 47.143 million RMB were arranged in the prospecting special program for continued resources of crisis mines in the Nanling Range. So far, achievements were focused on resource increases of 5.737×106 tons Pb-Zn, 3.94×105 tons WO3, 2.62×105 tons Sn, 2.75×105 tons Mo, 35.5 tons Au, 4.2×104 tons Sb, 3.968×107 tons Fe ores, 5149.7 tons Ag, and 2.26×105 tons Cu. Great progress was specially marked for nine projects by newly increased metal resources up to large-sized deposits. Six projects presented important progress with increases of resources to medium-sized deposits. This program integrated also significant new knowledge in deep metallogenic theory, which is very useful in deep ore prospecting in the Nanling Range.关键词
