锂渣合成NaX分子筛结构表征和吸附特性研究
The Characterization and Adsorption Properties of NaX Zeolites Synthesized from Lithium Sludge

Abstract
The lithium sludge is the solid by-product of the lithium carbonate preparation by sulfuric acid method. After pretreating lithium sludge with water-soaking or alkaline fusion method, the NaX(NaX-1, NaX-2) zeolites are synthesized from the pretreated lithium sludge by hydrothermal reaction. The content of SiO2 in original lithium sludge and its phase transformation during the preparation were investigated, and the NaX-1, NaX-2 zeolites were characterized respectively by XRD, SEM and TG-DTA. The water adsorption isotherms of NaX, NaX-1 and NaX-2 zeolites were determined by vacuum gravimetric method. The results show that lithium sludge contains 14.1 %(wt) quartz, and NaX (NaX-1, NaX-2) zeolites can be synthesized from pretreated lithium sludge (pretreated with alkaline fusion or water-soaking separation). The position of diffraction peaks of NaX-1 and NaX-2 zeolites are similar with commercial NaX zeolite which peaks at 6.1°, 10.0°, 15.4°, 20.0°, 23.3°, 26.7°, 30.9° and so on. The octahedral shapes of synthesized zeolites were observed clearly, which consist with commercial NaX zeolite. But NaX-2 zeolite (synthesized from alkaline fusion sludge) partical size is merely about 1~2 μm. which is relatively smaller than that of water-soaking zeolite NaX-1 (3~5 mm). TG-DTA indicates that NaX-1 and NaX-2 zeolites have good thermal stability, which have no structural damage even at 800℃. The maximum water adsorption capacity of NaX-1 and NaX-2 zeolites can reach 0.3234, 0.3208 kg×kg-1, they are approaching to that of NaX zeolite (0.3303 kg×kg-1).关键词
