摘要
Abstract
Centering around the construction features of Luding Hydropower Station,an introduction was made on the construction safety measures in respects of selection of safety measures,responsibility system,assessment and examination,investment guarantee,draft and implementation of regulations,site management. These safety mea⁃sures were well applied during construction,which safeguards the whole-process construction safety with the objec⁃tive of zero accident achieved,and renders good management effects and economic benefits.关键词
