实时超声弹性成像评价活体兔肝射频消融病灶的价值▲
Evaluation of Radiofrequency Ablative Lesions by Real-Time Tissue Elastography in Rabbit Liver in Vivo

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of real-time tissue elastography(RTE) in evaluating radiofrequency ablation (RFA)-induced hepatic lesions in rabbit in vivo .Methods RFA was performed in normal livers of 20 rabbits, and the ablative lesions were observed by RTE after the ablations .The area of maximum section was calculated on RTE imaging and compared with that on gross pathology .Results Twenty ablative lesions induced by RFA in normal livers of 20 rabbits showed homogeneously blue and distinguished from surrounding parenchyma on RTE imaging .No significant difference was found between RTE lesion area and gross pathology lesion area ,and they showed a positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion RFA-induced hepatic lesions are distinguished from parenchyma by RTE imaging in rabbit in vivo.RTE may be an effective method for evaluating RFA-induced lesions.关键词
