再生障碍性贫血患者IL－17、IFN－γ及 T淋巴细胞亚群表达的研究▲
The Expressions of Serum Interleukin-17,Interferon-γand T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Aplastic Anemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with aplastic anemia(AA) and determine the role of these T cell subsets and cytokines in the pathogenesis of AA.Methods Flow cytometry was used to measure the expression of T lymphocyte in 28 patients(11 initial treatment cases,17 re-treatment cases;7 cases of acute AA(AAA),21 cases of chronic AA(CAA)) and 15 normal controls, and the levels of IL-17,INF-γwere detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results ①IL-17,IFN-γelevated markedly in peripheral blood of AA patients compared with the normal controls (P<0.05),which were higher in the initial treatment group compared with those in the re-treatment group(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found in the levels of IL-17 and INF-γbetween re-treatment group and normal controls(P>0.05);The level of INF-γof AAA patients was higher than that of CAA patients(P<0.01),and no significant difference was found in the level of IL-17 between AAA patients and CAA patients (P>0.05).②The serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and NK cells levels in AA patients were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P<0.05),and the CD8+level increased significantly (P<0.05),significant difference was found between AAA and CAA(P<0.05).③The level of hemogram was correlated negatively with the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-17 and IFN-γ(P<0.05) but correlated positively with the level of CD8+(P<0.05).Conclusion There are immune disorders of varying degrees in AA patients ,which may be associated with the disease state,and many factors involve in the pathogenesis of AA.Determination of immune cells and cytokines expression in AA patients may contribute to the assessment of AA disease ,curative effect and prognosis.关键词
