摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between images of color Doppler ultrasonography and c-erbB-2 express in patients with breast cancer .Methods One hundred and fifty-one patients with breast cancer were detected by color Doppler ultrasonography to observe tumor size ,internal calcification,perimeter burr sign,rear echo attenuation,blood flow classification.The postoperative samples were detected for c-erbB-2 expression by immunohistochemical method.Results There were 71 cases of positive expression of c-erbB-2 in 151 patients(47.0%).Ultrasound images of tumors showed that internal calcification ,rear echo attenuation,blood flow of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ and axillary lymph node metastases correlated with c-erbB-2 expression(P<0.05),and tumor size and perimeter burr sign didn′t correlated with c-erbB-2 expression significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion The images of color Doppler ultrasonography correlate with c-erbB-2 expression in patients with breast cancer ,which can provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis plan , treatment and judgment of prognosis .关键词
