多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者性激素与腹部脂肪厚度的相关性研究
Correlation between Sex Hormones and Abdominal Fat Thickness in Infertility Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
ObjectiveTostudythecorrelationbetweensexhormonesandabdominalfatthicknessininfertil-itywomenwithpolycysticovarysyndrome(PCOS),andtoprovideabasisfortreatmentofinfertilitywomenwithP-COS.Methods Onehundredandsixty-sixinfertilitywomenwithPCOSwereenrolledinthestudy.Theirserumsex hormoneswasdetectedduringmenstrualperiodwhileabdominalandsubcutaneousfatthicknessweredetectedbyul-trasound,andacorrelationanalysisoftheindicatorsabovewasperformed.ResultsFSH,LHnegativelycorrelatedwith liversubcutaneousfatthicknessandabdominalsubcutaneousfatthicknessininfertilitywomenwithPCOS(P<0.05);TherewasanegativecorrelationbetweenE2andliversubcutaneousfatthickness(P<0.05);Andtherewasapositive correlationbetweentestosteroneandabdominalsubcutaneousfatthickness(P<0.05);Nosignificantcorrelationwas foundbetweenPRLandabdominalfatthickness(P>0.05).ConclusionForsomesexhormonescorrelatewithintra-abdominalandsubcutaneousfatthicknessininfertilitywomenwithPCOS,variousfactorsshouldbeconsideredinthe clinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentofsuchpatients.关键词
