心力衰竭患者左室Tei指数与心肌质量的相关性研究
Study of Correlation between Tei Index and Left Ventricular Mass in Patients with Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective ToexplorethecorrelationofTeiindexwithleftventricularmass(LVM)inpatients withheartfailure.MethodsPulsedDopplerechocardiography(PDE)wasusedtomeasureleftventricularTeiindex in102patientswithleftheartfailureand74healthyvolunteers.Real-timethree-dimensionalechocardiography(RT-3DE)wasusedtomeasureLVMandleftventricularmassindex(LVMI)in102patientswithleftheartfailure,andthe correlationofTeiindexwithLVMandLVMIinpatientswithheartfailurewasanalyzed.Results Teiindexofpa-tientswithleftheartfailurewassignificantlyhigherthanthenormalcontrols(P<0.05).Teiindexpositivelycorrela-tedwithLVMandLVMIinpatientswithleftheartfailure(P<0.05).Conclusion Teiindexiscloselyrelatedto LVMinpatientswithleftheartfailure,andcanreflecttheleftventricularfunctioninpatientswithheartfailuresynthet-ically.关键词
