吸烟量对男性精液质量及体外受精结局的影响
Effects of nicotine intake on male semen quality and in vitro fertilization outcome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of nicotine intake on male semen quality and in vitro fertilization outcome.Methods 1 900 male infertility patients were divided into four groups according to their daily nicotine intake,Group A1(500 cases smoked individually more than 20 cigarettes daily),Group A2(600 cases smoked individually 10 to 20 cigarettes daily),Group A3(400 cases smoked individually less than 10 cigarettes daily ) , and the other 400 cases who weren′t smoker as control group.Semen routine parameters, sperm DNA fragmentation index( DFI ) , sperm acrosome intact rate, in vitro fertilization and pregnancy outcomes were compared among four groups. Results Semen volume,sperm motility,survival ability,density,normal sperm number and sperm acrosome intact rate decreased with the increasing nicotine intake of the patients among four groups(P<0.05),while DFI increased with the increasing nicotine intake(P<0.05). The total fertilization rate,double pronucleus(2PN) rate and good embryo rate decreased with the increasing nicotine intake among four groups (P<0.05).Group A1 gained the lowest clinical pregnancy rate as well as the highest incidences of spontaneous abortion and teras(P<0.05), while control group obtained the highest clinical pregnancy rate as well as the lowest incidences of spontaneous abortion and teras (P<0.05). Conclusion Male semen quality,function,in vitro fertilization rate,2PN rate,good embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate decline with the increasing nicotine intake a,nd the incidences of spontaneous abortion and teras increase as well .关键词
