钼靶－超声联合应用在微钙化乳腺病变定性诊断中的价值
Value of molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography for qualitative diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography for the qualitative diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy .Methods The pathologic and imaging data of 117 cases of microcalcification mastopathy were retrospectively analyzed .All cases were divided into different groups according to the image characteristics of molybdenum target photography or ultrasonography .Then the cases were regrouped according to the combination of two approaches .The sensitivity ,specificity and coincidence rate were compared among three approaches .Results There was no significant difference in the specificity or coincidence rate among three approaches.The sensitivity of combination of molybdenum-target photography and ultrasonography(97.33%) was high than that of molybdenum target photography(89.33%)or ultrasonography(81.33%).Conclusion For the diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy,molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography is superior to single one ,and can increase the sensitivity .关键词
