摘要

Abstract

The research object is based on the flexible hinge of the micro displacement angle shaking table. According to the design of flexible hinge for micro displacement angle vibrator, combined flexure hinge strength condition, the static and dynamic simulation of the flexure hinge is carried out by workbench ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress distribution of the flexure hinge and the natural frequency of the first six order are obtained, the results show that, the structural design of the flexure hinge meets the strength requirement and can effectively avoid the resonance with the workbench. The correctness of the structure design of the flexible hinge is ensured, it has laid the foundation for the future research.
