工业环境效率的景气指数研究
Analysis of Industrial Environmental Efficiency Climate Index

Abstract
〔Abstract〕 Environmental efficiency measures the environment costs of economic development . In the warning perspective of envi-ronmental efficiency analysis , this paper defined the concept of environmental efficiency climate and constructed the index system of envi-ronmental efficiency climate . In order to evaluate the climate level , the environmental efficiency climate indexes were established by the method of macroeconomic climate . We found that the industrial environmental efficiency in China was always sound from 2001 to 2011 , the results of diffusion index and composite index were both in line with the realistic environmental efficiency trends . To some extent , the anal-ysis result can also predict the future performance of the environmental efficiency . However , several leading indicators must be paid atten-tion to running towards recession . Further steps should be also taken to achieve continuous improvement and prosperity running in environ-mental efficiency , such as promoting the upgrading of industrial structure , optimizing energy consumption structure , increasing environ-mental protection funds and technical inputs , improving environmental management and pollution prevention measures .关键词
