糖尿病合并抑郁、焦虑症的中西医研究现状
Status of Chinese and Western Medicine Study on Diabetes Patients with Depression and Anxiety
摘要
Abstract
Diabetes is a chronic disease for life. In recent years, the incidence rates of diabetics patients with depression and anxiety are growing year by year, so more attention has been paid to the situation. In Chinese medicine, its pathogenesis is considered relating to the stagnation of the liver-Qi, depression because of disease and ect. In the basis of deficiency of the both Qi and Yin, the syndromes were evolved from depression and stagnation of Qi, and related to or-gans such as liver, heart and spleen, so the treatments mainly were soothing liver and relieving Qi depression, nourishing heart and strengthening spleen, and tranquilization. In western medicine, its pathogenesis is considered the resulted from not only the psychological burden, but also the disorder of endocrine axis regulation and the hormone change of the pa-tients. Ages, genders, courses of disease and body mass index are the risk factors of the disease, and antidepressants are the main therapeutic method. The review is focused on epidemiological investigation, pathogenesis, relevant factors, pre-vention and treatment progress of Chinese and Western medicine in diabetics combined with depression and anxiety.关键词
