非典型抗精神病药物阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症40例效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atypical antipsychotics Aripiprazole in treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 inpatients with schizophrenia were divided into research group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to therapy methods. The control group was treated with classic antipsychotic drug Chlor-promazine Hydrochloride with an initial dose of 25-50 mg (2/d), and the maximum dose was 400 mg/d; the research group was treated with atypical antipsychotics Aripiprazole with an initial dose of 10 mg (1/d), and the maximum dose was 30 mg/d. The course of treatment in the two groups was 6 months. The values of symptomes of mental disorder, memory function and quality of life in the two groups were compared, and the incidence and recurrence rates during the treatment in the two groups were observed. Results In 6 months after the treatment, the total score and each factor score of positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS) , each factor score of clinical memory scale and each factor score of ge-neric quality of life inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) were significantly lower than those before the treatment in the two groups ( P<0. 05);in the research group, all the scores were significantly lower than those 3 months after the treatment and at the same time in the control group (P<0. 05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence and re-currence rates in the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion The atypical antipsychotics Aripiprazole in treatment of pa-tients with schizophrenia may improve symptoms of mental disorder, memory function and the quality of life.关键词
