Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of large sample detecting,the pre-positioning technology of the defect area before accurate detection is proposed in this paper.Based on the principle of defects mag-netic field detecting,we built the defect area positioning system based on hall sensors and three-dimen-sional mechanical motion platform,by combining the technology of magnetic field detecting and motion controlling.Experimental results show that,the cloud pictures of the pre-positioning results can give the existence of the defect area intuitively and effectively.As a result,the combination of the rapid posi-tioning of the defect area and the accurate detection of the defect makes the nondestructive testing process become more efficient and practical.It has a good prospect in the industrial applications.关键词
