连续硬膜外麻醉与腰－硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果比较OA
The Comparison of Application Effects between Continuous Epidural Anesthesia and Waist Hard Joint Anesthesia in Cesarean Section Surgery
目的：比较连续硬膜外麻醉与腰－硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的临床价值及效果。方法选择符合条件的剖宫产手术产妇96例，采用随机数表法分为连续组与联合组，每组各48例，其中连续组采取连续硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产，联合组采取腰－硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产，比较两组患者的麻醉效果、不良反应发生率及新生儿评分等指标。结果联合组产妇麻醉起效时间、诱导时间及手术用时明显少于连续组（ P＜0．05）；联合组与连续组新生儿评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；联合组麻醉满…查看全部>>
