Abstract
Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on Iife quaIity of patients with primary gIaucoma.Methods 174 patients with primary gIaucoma were randomIy divided into intervention group (90 cases) and controI group (84 cases).The controI group was accepted by the routine heaIth education and the intervention group was treated by the com-prehensive nursing intervention measures such as the psychoIogicaI intervention,cognition,be-havior and famiIy supports except for the routine heaIth education.The questionnaires of basic knowIedge for gIaucoma and Iife quaIity inventory for patients with functionaI damage eye dis-eases were impIemented respectiveIy before and 3 months after intervention.The Iife quaIity scores and awareness rate of knowIedge about gIaucoma in two groups were compared.Results The mentaI,psychoIogicaI and quaIity scores for sociaI activities in the intervention group after the intervention were significantIy higher than those of before intervention (P<0.05).After the intervention,the mentaI,psychoIogicaI and quaIity scores for sociaI activities in the intervention group were significantIy higher than those in the controI group ( P<0.05) and the awareness of knowIedge about gIaucoma in the intervention group was obviousIy higher than that in the con-troI group (χ2=3.133,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effec-tiveIy heighten the consciousness to understand gIaucoma and improve the Iife quaIity.It is worth spreading.关键词
