在职护理人员情境实践能力需求问卷的编制及检测
The Compiling and Testing of Questionnaire of Situational Practice Capacity Needs for on-the-job Nursing Staff

Abstract
Objective To compile questionnaire of situational practice capacity needs for on-the-job Nursing Staffs and detect the reliability and validity.Methods Through reviewing of relevant literature and open-ended questionnaires, the initial questionnaire was formed.Predicted after examination and revised by experts with some modifications in entries, formal questionnaire was formed.The questionnaire consists of 15 items and was classified into 4 domains( analysis and judgment,decision and plan,Performance and implementation,supervision and evaluation) . Test subjects were 900 working nurses,and 856 cases of valid questionnaires were obtained. Results Exploratory factor analysis showed that the four-factor model explained 81.52%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis results,AGFI=0.84,GFI=0.89,NFI=0.97,RMSEA=0.095,IFI=0.98, can verify the results of exploratory factor analysis.The correlation between each factor questionnaire was 0.394~0.546,each factor and the correlation between the total scale was 0.693 to 0.89.Questionnaire Cronbachαcoefficient, binary and test-retest reliability coefficients were respectively 0.929,0.829,0.794.Conclusion Having good reliability and validity, the questionnaire can serve as the preliminary tool to measure situational practice capacity needs for on-the-job nursing staff.关键词
