摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction and inclusion condition of volatile oil from Chua-nxiong and Xixin in Dingtongning granule.Methods By orthogonal design of L9 ( 34 ) , the study were carried out with orthogonal experiment.With the volume of volatile oil as the target mark-ers,the optimum conditions were determined for extraction of the volatile oil.With the recovery rate of inclusion and the volatile oil inclusion rate as the target marker the conditions for inclu-ding the oil were optimized.Results The optimized extraction conditions were:the water was 8 times,the medical material should be extracted for 6h with soaking 1.5 h.The optimal inclusion conditions were:applying the saturated aqueous solution method,the oil and proportion of β-CD was 8 ∶1,temperature was 50℃ for inclusion,and the time was1.5 h.Conclusion The opti-mum conditions for extra-ction and inclusion are steady and feasible.关键词
