Study of Calibration Strategy for LA-ICP-MS
摘要
Abstract
The laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( LA-ICP-MS ) hyphenate technique was applied in geological, material, metallurgical,archaeology,biological,and medicine fields with its prominent advantages such as:in situ, real time and rapidly analysis.It is a modern and powerful analytical tool for the mapping of elemental distribution in samples.And it is urgent that study of calibra-tion strategy for LA-ICP-MS besides developing hard and soft ware of analytical instrument,especially for the preparation and utilization of standard samples.The above various aspects of LA-ICP-MS were re-viewed in this paper for the communication with readers.The future trends of LA-ICP-MS hyphenate an-alytical technique will be understood.关键词
