摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effect of spraying coronatine on winter wheat ,using three winter wheat varie-ties,Jimai 22,Liangxing 99 and Changwu 134 under field conditions with no irrigations ,the 1 μmol/L coronatine were sprayed respectively at overwintering ,reviving and flowering stage,and the effects of coronatine on the morpho-logical and physiological characteristic were examined .The results showed that regardless of variety ,spraying coro-natine could improve in varying degrees the relative water content ,chlorophyll content,praline content(PRO),solu-ble sugar and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),and reduce the malonaldehyde (MDA)content.Comparing three spraying stage,the green stage is better than the others .
