冠菌素提高冬小麦抗旱性的生理机制
Physiological Mechanisms of Coronatine to Raise Drought Resistance in Winter Wheat Plants
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effect of spraying coronatine on winter wheat ,using three winter wheat varie-ties,Jimai 22,Liangxing 99 and Changwu 134 under field conditions with no irrigations ,the 1 μmol/L coronatine were sprayed respectively at overwintering ,reviving and flowering stage,and the effects of coronatine on the morpho-logical and physiological characteristic were examined .The results showed that regardless of variety ,spraying coro-natine could improve in varying degrees the relative water content ,chlorophyll content,praline content(PRO),solu-ble sugar and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),and reduce the malonaldehyde (MDA)content.Comparing three spraying stage,the green stage is better than the others .关键词
