摘要

Abstract

Wheat substitution lines between Chinese Spring and Synthetic 6x under the treatments of phosphor-us deficiency stress and phosphorus normal ( control ) in different developing stages were studied to research the effect of phosphorus deficiency stress on fluorescence parameters and locate the gene controlling fluorescence param -eters.The results showed that Fm ,Fv/Fm reduced and Fo increased under phosphorus deficiency stress in different developing stages;The genes regulating Fo might be located on 3D chromosome of Synthetic 6x,and that the genes regulating Fm might be located on 3B chromosome and the genes regulating Fv/Fm might be located on 3B,7D chromosome .
