低磷胁迫对小麦代换系荧光参数的影响及染色体效应
The Effect of Phosphorus Deficiency Stress on Fluorescence Parameter and Chromosome of Wheat Substitution Lines
摘要
Abstract
Wheat substitution lines between Chinese Spring and Synthetic 6x under the treatments of phosphor-us deficiency stress and phosphorus normal ( control ) in different developing stages were studied to research the effect of phosphorus deficiency stress on fluorescence parameters and locate the gene controlling fluorescence param -eters.The results showed that Fm ,Fv/Fm reduced and Fo increased under phosphorus deficiency stress in different developing stages;The genes regulating Fo might be located on 3D chromosome of Synthetic 6x,and that the genes regulating Fm might be located on 3B chromosome and the genes regulating Fv/Fm might be located on 3B,7D chromosome .关键词
