剑麻内生细菌 JM-3对苹果腐烂病抑制作用的研究
Inhibiting Effects of Endophytic Bacterial Strain JM-3 from Agavesisalana Perrine against Valsa ceratosperma
摘要
Abstract
Six isolates of endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from healthy leaves of Agavesisalana Per-rine,in which the strain JM-3 inhibited canker lesion expansion of Valsa ceratosperma on excised twigs significantly . The cell-free fermentation liquid of JM-3 inhibited mycelium growth and conidial germination of Valsa ceratosperma. The isolates produced anti-fungi substances , which caused malformation of mycelia and germtubes .The malformed mycelium burst and protoplasm flow-out finally.JM-3 also showed clear inhibiting effect against mycelial growth of pathogen from several fruit trees and crop .JM-3 was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on 16S rDNA sequencing and RiboPrinter results .关键词
