摘要

Abstract

With the continual development of a variety of energy in the Northwest Region of China, the regional economic development ushered a strong growth momentum. As the important industry city in western China, the economic development level of Ordos City in the next five years will continue to grow. To alleviate the disproportionate problem of water shortage and economic development, the method of fuzzy gray element is applied to evaluate the rationality of the water resources allocation scheme in Ordos. Therefore, the five aspects of the domestic, the industrial, the tertiary industry, agriculture and ecology are chosen as the characteristics for evaluation by the fuzzy gray element model. The results are consistent with the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This shows that the method is suitable for water resources evaluation.
