Abstract
South-to-North water diversion project is rich in water culture, human resources and scientific support. These provide the conditions for the enrichment and development of water culture, which makes the construction of the water culture database of the South-to-North water diversion project is feasible. In the process of building water culture database, three construction principles and database construction step and service is the focus of concern.关键词
