Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization, China’ s NIMBY conflicts present a situation that appears frequently, which has seriously affected the urban development and social stability. The single pattern of government-led governance in the past has not fitted current complex NIMBY conflicts and cannot solve them well. Changing the pattern of governance, using the theory of man-agement, and fully mobilizing pluralistic social subjects to participate in governing NIMBY conflicts should be the breaking way to re-solve NIMBY conflicts.关键词
