大学师生关系的异化及其建构OACHSSCD
The Alienation and its Construction of the Relationship between Teachers and Students at the University
师生关系是教育活动中最基本、最重要的人际关系，师生关系的和谐与否直接影响教师和学生乃至学校的健康发展，因此，构建和谐的师生关系是学校中的每一个主体所应重视的。针对当前大学师生关系中存在的一系列问题，如师生关系功利化、情感淡漠化、冲突化等，简要分析出现的原因并着重提出相应的措施，使各个主体认识到自身的责任并加以落实，为大学和谐师生关系的构建作出各自的努力。
