制造服务化对企业绩效的影响机制研究
The impact mechanism of the servitization of manufacturing on business performance

Abstract
There was a shortage of empirical research in the research of servitization change of modern manufactur⁃ing enterprises. Aiming at this shortage, the relation between servitization change of manufacturers and business performance was researched by empirical research method based on the 5th edition International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS-V) database. The mediation effect of service enhancement and regulation effect of network technology were discussed and tested by the hierarchical regression method. The research results reveal:1) service orientation is positively related to business performance;2) service enhancement has mediation effect on service o⁃rientation and business performance;and 3) for the enterprise having a high level of network technology applica⁃tion, service enhancement is easier to generate positive influence on the return on investment. The service orienta⁃tion for customer may enhance business performance, and thus we should attach importance to network technology during the service change process.关键词
