河南省青少年吸烟行为影响因素分析
Influence factors of smoking among adolescents in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore influence factors of adolescents′smoking behavior in Henan Province to Provide scientific basis for preventing and control youth smoking .Methods:A total of 7 789 students in 48 middle schools from 16 districts in Henan Province were chosen by stratified cluster sampling and surveyed with a questionnaire .Results:The rate of attempting smoking and currently smoking were desperately 20.87% and 5.87%.Single factor analysis showed that the smoking rate were higher in boys than in girls, with age, weekly pocket money, the percentage of tobacco advertising exposure , smoking frequencies of parents,and peers ,and the times seeing the teacher smoking (P<0.001).Results of logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors associated with smoking among youths included being boys , weekly allowance between 21 to 40 RMB and more than 40 RMB, peers′smoking, seeing the teacher smoking at school and considering smoking in social occa -sions to make people more comfortable .Peers′smoking behavior was the strongest factor .The protective factors included con-sidering smoking to reduce attraction and considering smoking in social occasions to make people more uncomfortable [ OR (95%CI)=0.762(0.651-0.900),0.661(0.552-0.798),0.710(0.527-0.953),0.421(0.321-0.560)].Conclu-sion:There are many factors affecting smoking behavior among adolescents , and peers′smoking is the most important risk factor.So more attention should be paid to peers education at the time of tobacco control among adolescents .关键词
