Abstract
Aim:To explore the value of CK19,Galectin-3 and CD56 in differential diagnosis about benign and malig-nant struma ovarii.Methods:The expressions of CK19,Galectin-3,and CD56 protein in 6 cases of thyroid carcinoma of ovary and 10 cases of ovarian goiter tissue were detected using immunohistochemical staining technique .Results: Compared with those of the ovarian goiter tissue , the expressions of CK19 and Galectin-3 were higher and CD56 protein expression was lower in thyroid carcinoma of ovary tissue (t=4.807,3.835,3.105,P<0.05).The AUC of ROC about CK19,Galectin-3,and CD56 protein was 0.983,0.933 and 0.867,respectively, and sensitivity of the joint detection with the 3 proteins was 100%.Con-clusion:CK19,Galectin-3 and CD56 may be used as diagnostic indicators of benign and malignant struma ovarii .关键词
