摘要

Abstract

High strength and heavy wall thickness SAWL pipe is the development direction for deep-sea oil and gas transportation pipelines. The higher technical requirements for the reliability of deep-sea oil and gas pipeline were presented. According to the technical requirements for the high strength heavy wall thickness SAWL pipe and steel plate used for deep-sea oil and gas pipelines in high strength, high toughness, brittle fracture resistance, high dimensional accuracy, low welding carbon equivalent, good weldability and corrosion resistance, etc. It detailedly analyzed some technical difficulties existing in pipeline steel material with high strength and thick wall, quality control of steel plate and steel pipe manufacturing process, etc., proposed the solutions as well as.
